Abandoned by his mother fairly young, but old enough to remember her leaving. He doesn't know the reason why but he's learned not to care or wonder about it.

Raised by Ala Mhigan refugees and unfamiliar with most Seeker customs aside from what the general public knows about them.

His mentor and caretaker, taught him blacksmithing. Though by the age of 17 he left home to eventually become an adventurer, having grown up on their tales whenever they passed through his home.

In his early 20s he was part of a group of mercenaries for hire who were often hired to do dirty work for pay; he doesn't mention old jobs but has the scars to show for it. Raeth claims to be done with mercenary work, but he won't turn down a job for the right reason or the right price.

He currently works as a blacksmith, making and mending arms for anyone willing to pay the gil. The job keeps him busy and he's quite proud of his occupation, though it never does quite scratch the itch that mercenary work did for him.

He likes archon loaf and knows how to make it... so he might try to give you some if you say you're hungry.
